Job Summary
Summary: Oversee all vendor and out of scope tax related activities for all Nuance entities. Oversee and support tax related audits. penalties and tax setup
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of federal and state tax laws including UI, and final pay rules and regs.
- Perform bi-weekly payroll audit and review.
- Answer employee questions regarding pay or PTO balances.
- Maintain vendor relationship regarding tax or pay issues.
- Support Corp tax, Equity or Finance with periodic reporting.
- Reconcile 941 quarterly.
- Assist in annual W2 or W2C processing.
Qualifications
Number of Years of Work Experience: 8
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of federal and state tax laws including UI, and final pay rules and regs
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
Preferred Skills: Dayforce and or ADP Payforce or similar
Education: Associates Degree
