Job Summary

Summary: Oversee all vendor and out of scope tax related activities for all Nuance entities. Oversee and support tax related audits. penalties and tax setup

 

Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws including UI, and final pay rules and regs.
  • Perform bi-weekly payroll audit and review.
  • Answer employee questions regarding pay or PTO balances.
  • Maintain vendor relationship regarding tax or pay issues.
  • Support Corp tax, Equity or Finance with periodic reporting.
  • Reconcile 941 quarterly.
  • Assist in annual W2 or W2C processing.

Qualifications

Number of Years of Work Experience: 8

 

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of federal and state tax laws including UI, and final pay rules and regs
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
     

Preferred Skills: Dayforce and or ADP Payforce or similar

 

Education: Associates Degree
