Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Collaborate with the COO and Director of Finance in maintaining and communicating Modulate Finance Policy
  • Identifying strategic KPIs for the Operations team to monitor
  • Manage Payroll for FTEs, Contractors, and Accounts Payable
  • Prepare and track Cross-Team Quarterly Budgets
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Track customer invoicing timelines and structures, generate invoices, and maintain reports
  • Prepare documentation for external auditors

At the Director of Finance level, you will also:

• Supervise financial modeling and strategic forecasting
  • Prepare and file tax returns / R&D tax credit filings where needed
  • Own and disseminate the Modulate cultural commitment to responsible spending
