As a Senior Associate of Operational Strategy, you will help lead and execute on the most important operational and strategic initiatives for our company that will create tangible business value, drive sustainable growth and increase operational efficiencies. You will work closely with the Director of Strategy, and the Operations Analysts, and will support stakeholders across the organization in their day to day needs. You will report to the Director of Strategy, and collaborate frequently with the members across all departments within the company with high visibility to Forward Financing’s senior leadership.
In this role you will: 

• Plan, oversee, manage and contribute to the execution of projects related to broader, strategic and operational initiatives focused on optimizing workflows and improving productivity across the Company; this may include (i) compensation design (ii) organizational structure (iii) defining and refining operational processes (iv) create and implement new KPIs for all departments (v) data security initiatives 
• Responsible for working with Operations Analysts to accomplish day-to-day “in the business” operational tasks for all departments that include (i) creating presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders (ii) performing ad-hoc analysis, research, and special projects for senior stakeholders across departments (iii) analyzing and determining key insights from data and KPIs (iv) ROI analysis on various projects and initiatives 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across all departments on projects and tasks
• Serve as a mentor and coach to Operations Analysts, helping them develop professionally 
• Structure and present key findings & analyses to Director and other leadership stakeholders
• Gain exposure to all different areas of Forward Financing’s business, including Sales, Underwriting, Account Servicing, Technology and Analytics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier institution with a track record of solid academic performance 
• 3+ years of experience within FP&A, Commercial Banking, Corporate Finance, Consulting, Strategy, Investment Banking or related field
• Possesses exemplary analytical skills, attention to detail, an ability to think strategically and problem solve, and excellent communication
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required
