Description

 

The Senior Venture Investing Professional identifies, investigates, analyzes, negotiates and forms third-party strategic alliances to create mutually beneficial business partnerships/arrangements. The Senior Venture Investing Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

 

Responsibilities

 

The Senior Venture Investing Professional negotiates terms that maintain the organization's brand integrity and value while leveraging alliance partners' resources. Creates and executes partnership terms and collaborates with partners to present a unified solution to mutual clients. Coordinates communications with alliance partners and ensures all deliverables are met according to the partnership agreements. Begins to influence department’s strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

 

  • Prospecting for new relationships and developing client relationships
  • Foundation of position is grounded in negotiations and contracting as well as operational support of partners
  • This position concentrates generally in the Western region at this time
  • 30% Travel - could be regional, overnight or to Louisville

               

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in corporate development (Mergers & Acquisitions in particular), Value based contracting or clinic management or operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experienced in negotiating managed care contracts with large physician groups, ancillary providers and hospital systems.
  • Experience with Risk Contracting
  • Experience with Value Based Contracting

 

 

Additional Information

30% Travel - could be regional, overnight or to Louisville​ - travel can increase seasonally typically in the fall
