Job Description

As a member of the Corporate team, you will be a part of the backbone of a company that builds and brings to market artificial intelligence technologies, including natural language processing and cognitive computing. You will build best practices that will serve internal (and sometimes external) customers and business partners.

Strategic Pricing is one of Interaction’s most prominent business functions. A small team of high performers operating at the junction of strategy, product, and execution. We have a need for a Senior Strategic Pricing Analyst who can think strategically, have strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Key to success in this role is to be proactive, resourceful and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Interactions Pricing logic and implementation.

• Utilize Pricing models and templates to develop business case (deal) pricing for client proposals.

• Scope various deal specifics and synthesize internal production metric data, production cost and, professional services costs to create and deliver the appropriate pricing solution

• Leverage resources across the organization to build and refine the business case pricing decisions and analytics

• Communicate pricing decisions verbally and in written form to the pricing committee, deal desk, and sales teams

• Manage special project assigned.

• Maintain and utilize complex financial models for various pricing projects

• Develop scorecards/metric reporting to assist management with monthly/quarterly application actuals versus business case forecast.

• Analyze business trends and the development of business case pricing impacts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, accounting, finance or related field.

• At least 7+ years of experience in pricing analysis, business analytics or financial analysis.

• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Analytical, evaluative and data-driven mindset.

• Ability to act quickly when dealing with acute problems.

• Knack for telling stories with data.

• Exceptional Excel skills and work with large data set.

• Individual contributor with the ability to juggle multiple projects while working in a team environment.
