We are looking for an amazing, data-driven revenue operations leader to help us take Localytics’ growth to the next level. As a Senior Manager on the Revenue Ops Team (supporting Sales, Demand Generation, and Client Success), you will be in charge of building and managing the tools and processes that are the backbone of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts from a strategic, programmatic and operational perspective. You will establish a closed-loop analytics sync between Sales and Demand Generation to understand how our ABM programs turn prospects into customers, and continually refine our process to drive improvement. You will be charged with monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of ABM initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals. You will accomplish this by effectively collaborating with team members in other departments, specifically Sales and Finance, doing hands on work, and managing outside contractors and vendors. In doing so, you will ensure Revenue Ops is seen as a critical element of our revenue engine by our Go-To-Market leaders.

What you’ll bring to Localytics:

In addition to being responsible for the sales, marketing and client services operations basics (Marketo, Salesforce and Gainsight administration, lead scoring, campaign building, reporting, database management, etc.) you have the opportunity to bring your own vision, opinions and ideas to the role.

You have worked within a rapidly growing funded SaaS organization and have a broad spectrum of go-to-market metrics, processes, and tools. In addition, you have a thorough understanding of enterprise selling processes and experience with SaaS sales metrics:

  • 5-10+ years experience managing sales and marketing technology in a B2B environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with precise attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-starter.
  • Low ego, collaborative and friendly.
  • The ability to have ownership of and lead a sales data strategy. Know what data needs to be collected, in what cadence and in what manner to be effective and measure sales productivity.
  • The ability to develop, lead & report on key revenue and sales pipeline metrics.
  • Business acumen, strong analytics, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and provide practical business insights from complex data sets.
  • Energy, creativity and open mindedness are key characteristics that describe you and the projects you lead.
  • Work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
  • Experience building and implementing streamlined processes.
  • Ability to work with senior leaders and clearly articulate both a plan forward but also highlight the hurdles preventing us from getting there.
  • Provide documentation and training on workflows, system updates and ongoing developments of the CRM system to the various stakeholders including Sales, Demand Generation, Client Success and Finance.
