Senior Manager, FP&A Retail
Essential Functions
- Key member of a global FP&A team, managing N. America Retail forecast
- Financial partner for Sales & Commercial Analytics, providing analysis & insights to key stakeholders
- Financial ownership for Sales Optimizations via the execution and reporting of sales to margin, including:
- Retailer Margins & Assortments
- Promotional Analysis
- Gross to Net & Cost of Goods
- Drive internal process improvements and continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world-class analytics
- Collaborate with FP&A team and key business stakeholders to understand the story behind the numbers and synthesize into executive-level performance commentary
- Perform financial scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and investment trade-offs
- Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
- Build & generate analysis from a variety of different data sources and functional groups on a global basis
- Proactively drive ad hoc strategic and operational analyses or projects

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus)
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
- Previous experience with budgeting and analysis in a Retail or Consumer Goods capacity
- Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with experience of managing projects and monthly processes to tight deadlines
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
- Consumer products or manufacturing experience preferred
