Essential Functions

• Key member of a global FP&A team, managing N. America Retail forecast
• Financial partner for Sales & Commercial Analytics, providing analysis & insights to key stakeholders
• Financial ownership for Sales Optimizations via the execution and reporting of sales to margin, including:
• Retailer Margins & Assortments
• Promotional Analysis
• Gross to Net & Cost of Goods
• Drive internal process improvements and continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform world-class analytics
• Collaborate with FP&A team and key business stakeholders to understand the story behind the numbers and synthesize into executive-level performance commentary
• Perform financial scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and investment trade-offs
• Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
• Build & generate analysis from a variety of different data sources and functional groups on a global basis
• Proactively drive ad hoc strategic and operational analyses or projects

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA a plus)
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
• Previous experience with budgeting and analysis in a Retail or Consumer Goods capacity
• Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment 
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with experience of managing projects and monthly processes to tight deadlines
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clients
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
• Consumer products or manufacturing experience preferred
