Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) aims to simplify the complex with accurate and easy to understand analysis. The team collaborates closely with multiple leaders across the business to help drive strategic decision making and solve problems.
We are looking for an experienced professional who will work to create and deliver a long range planning model. As an integral member of the Corporate FP&A team, the leader will be tasked with creating a simple and flexible model that will help illustrate and shape the strategic direction of Circle.
What you'll work on
- Develop and maintain a flexible and easy to use model that will deliver traditional financial statements for long range time horizons
- Think strategically about potential opportunities for Circle and analyze the potential financial impact of those opportunities
- Prepare reporting and presentations for an executive level audience to help facilitate strategic decision making
What you'll bring to Circle
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or other relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience with financial modeling (e.g. investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, consulting)
- Excellent proficiency in Excel; SQL is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Consistent track record of success and career progression
- Exceptional judgement and maturity, including an ability to execute independently and work with team members of all levels
