The Associate Director of Strategic Finance will carry significant responsibility for managing and executing key initiatives across financial operations, analysis, and organizational strategy.  

The Associate Director will report to the head of finance and will work closely with the entire leadership team, serving as an operational and analytical partner to several functional areas. They will develop and implement best-in-class financial and operational planning along with supporting investor relations and capital raising. This is a highly visible role that is critical to supporting the rapid growth of 2020 On-site.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across the company to enable and leverage ROI-driven decision making;
  • Solve complex business problems through the use of analytics and business judgement;
  • Execute financial planning and analysis (FP&A);
  • Translate key business insights to action to drive value creation;
  • Establish tools and timelines to ensure budgets are accurate and comprehensive;
  • Design and implement dashboards to track key metrics;
  • Execute monthly financial reviews providing key insights to senior leadership;
  • Assist in due diligence efforts and analysis for fundraising and potential corporate development opportunities;
  • Research and evaluate various markets US markets to inform business expansion opportunities;
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including investors, accountants/auditors, and legal counsel

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 
  • Investment banking, consulting, public accounting, and/or fast-paced corporate finance/FP&A experience strongly preferred;
  • Outstanding analytical skills and financial modeling acumen required;
  • Experience reporting / presenting to executives highly valued;
  • Comfort with databases and BI / data visualization tools;
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate quantitative insights into value-enhancing actions
