We are looking for an SEC Reporting Senior Accountant to join our team. We lead the coordination, preparation and publishing of all required SEC reports and filings, and own the accounting for complex and technically challenging transactions. You are motivated, produce a high-quality work product and are comfortable working under deadlines. You will help prepare financial statements, footnotes and other content shared with the public on a quarterly and annual basis . You will be an essential internal contact for the external auditors, and an internal resource for technical accounting topics.

You will report to our SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager located in our Bellevue office. 

You Will:

  • Help prepare quarterly and annual financial statements and footnotes for required SEC reports and filings (10-Q's, 10-K's, 8-K's, etc.) and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements
  • Help with technical accounting on complex transactions, including research and documentation associated with various topics such as, share-based compensation, lease accounting.
  • Partner with the Corporate Accounting team to prepare complex journal entries and analyze ad-hoc transactions
  • Work with the external audit team to provide support and ensure that quarterly reviews and annual audits are on track
  • Monitor activity of the FASB, SEC and other standard setting organizations to identify the potential impact of new accounting guidance

You Have:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • CPA license
  • 3+ years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in accounting and/or finance positions
  • Public accounting experience
  • Experience with SEC reporting and GAAP, experience in writing technical accounting memorandums
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription business models is preferred
