The Opportunity
As the procurement administrator you will have the opportunity to function as the procurement information technology system expert, providing support, training, and mentoring to fellow team members on the supported applications.

Currently the MassMutual Procurement team is going through a transformation to become best in class for contract lifecycle management and Source to Pay processes.
The Impact
Your day to day would look like but is not limited to:
Train P2P System Support Associate to serve as secondary administrator. This would include tool configuration, data maintenance/management, help desk support, and transactional support
Maintain and support the following tools; iCertis (CLM), Ariba
Understand API adaptors and other MassMutual systems like, Archer, Workday and Process Unity
Build and support ongoing automation initiatives to help build a deep understanding of the business to guide decisions and actions that support strategy
Configure and develop expertise in MassMutual's Ariba realm through implementation and post-implementation
Ensure that all Ariba system configuration (e.g., users, approvals, and filters) are set up in accordance with MassMutual's procurement policies
Support implementation and management of on-going operations for MassMutual's Procurement technology environment such as iCertis Contract Management
Monitor and regularly report on usage of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tools and implement plans for improving tool usage/value
Conduct regularly scheduled maintenance of the Ariba platform and requisite data elements
Liaise with the business to assess additions, removals, and changes of business objects (suppliers, users, items, accounts, etc.)
Serve as liaison between MassMutual and Procurement technology service providers
Assess implications of new software releases, configure accordingly, and support. necessary change management
Deliver ad hoc requests, special projects, reporting, and status inquiries
Use security best practices & document technologies and processes
Partner with other technical and non-technical teams as needed, i.e., Legal, IT, Cash Operations, Procurement and Finance Departments
The Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an; IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, software operations or CLM (contract lifecycle management) systems administration with procure to pay technologies
Knowledge of supplier agreements and legal terms and conditions
Demonstrated success in developing and managing technology and related processes including system maintenance and system support
Proven track-record of maintaining system data, configuration and integrations for SaaS solutions with regular upgrades
Strong project management skills and results oriented
Ability to recognize strategic direction and effectively champion initiatives
The Ideal Qualifications
Implementation experience with Ariba and iCertis
Experience with SSO (Single Sign-On), Multi-factor authentication tools, like OKTA
Leading or actively participating in the implementation of a CLM system is plus (iCertis, Ariba, SAP, Archer, Process Unity)
Full knowledge of S2P processes
Ability to work with IT seamlessly to accomplish daily tasks and issues
Administrating project tracking software, like JIRA
