Our Investor Relations team has an opening for a Investor Relations Manager who will take ownership and drive
the external reporting packages for Cybereason as well as a variety of other internal datapoints to
help drive success externally. This is a highly visible and exciting role, rich in analytics and
playing a meaningful role to support strategic decision-making and building our equity story.
This will involve collaborating with key functions across the entire organization. Furthermore,
the role offers the opportunity to obtain a big picture; view of the Company's performance while
at the same time improving processes to build efficiencies and accuracy.

Objectives of this Role

• Monitor financial status by comparing data sets with projections
• Improve fiscal health with thorough analyses of financial data to develop deep, actionable
  insights that drive business performance. This includes monitoring KPIs and identifying
  industry trends. Digging in with functions to understand drivers, and associated backup to
  help tell the story
• Develop forecast models based on comparative performance metrics to align with the
  company’s forecast model and implement improvements as the business grows
• Develop competitive research to understand our valuation and position in the market as
  needed, specifically on KPIs and other business metrics

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head of Investor Relations (+team), financial planning and
  analysis (FP&A), corporate communications teams, and business owners across the
  business on various investor and external reporting exercises
• Uphold standards through consolidation of quarterly reporting packages and thorough
  external reporting and analysis of financial data
• Assist in preparing quarterly materials for board of director meetings by analyzing
  industry standard SaaS metrics & KPIs, and compare and correct data to reconcile
  financial transactions
• Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business performance,
  and provide management with insights into any risks or opportunities
• Coordinate and maintain dataset for function specific and/or technical insights to the
  external community on an on-going and ad-hoc basis

Key Qualifications

• Professional Finance experience; with exposure to cybersecurity, SaaS, or high growth
  company a plus
• Exceptionally detail oriented and able to translate big-picture analysis while never losing
  sight of the finer points
• Strong analytic background, communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing personality
• Ability to be a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• MS PowerPoint and Excel expert
• Ability to work comfortably with incomplete information and deal with ambiguity in a
  fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• No task is too small, or too big. Hands on & collaborate attitude
• Extremely curious - not satisfied with easy or convenient answers; drives issues to root
  cause
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; must be able to form positive relationships
  with business partners and peers
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality around product launches, corporate forecasts and
  other strategic initiatives
