Who You Are

As the Investment Operations Support, you will be responsible for processing homeowner applications from start to finish. You’ll be organizing information to present to Homtap’s Investment Committee. You’ll spend time gathering information from homeowners, ordering reports from third parties, recording and verifying data, and putting together summary reporting for Hometap’s Investment Committee. This role requires exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills. To start, this will be a part time role - about 20 hours per week. There is opportunity to grow into a full time position.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Collecting and verifying applicant information
  • Ordering and recording information from third party reports
  • Scheduling and completing homeowner appraisals
  • Preparing closing documents
  • Scheduling and completing investment closings

What You Bring

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Well organized and able to handle fast paced environment
  • Highly proficient computer and software usage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Experience in lending or other financial product processing a plus
