 Responsibilities:

• Develop Indigo’s 2019 Investor Relations Plan
  • Execute plan for existing and potential new investors
  • Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework
  • Attend key industry conferences and present the mission behind “The Indigo Story”
  • Develop a plan for engaging with equity analysts to support key sell-side coverage
  • Prepare Indigo Executives participating in investor engagement

• Support the development of Indigo’s equity story
  • Maintain ownership of the Indigo Company Presentation, including driving a refresh of the presentation

• Take responsibility of maintaining communication with Indigo Investors
  • Hold quarterly calls with key investors and the CFO
  • Effectively communicate quarterly investor updates from the CEO
  • Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy
  • Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties

• Own the quarterly earnings process
  • Align with management on key financial and strategic messages to be communicated on quarterly earnings call
  • Prepare all key material to ensure a successful call: investor presentation, CEO / CFO scripts, investor Q&A, etc.
  • Organize investor and analyst engagement post-earnings call to maximize messaging associated with company results

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with change
• A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends
• Financially literate
• In depth knowledge of SEC laws and securities disclosure

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years in Investor Relations experience within a public company
• Very well versed in public company Investor Relations
  • Knowledge of the Industry and competitors
• Tech Investor Relations experience, preferred
• Previous experience leading in Investor Relations function is preferred
• MBA preferred
• Willingness to travel 25% - 50%
