Head of Cash Operations
The Head of Cash Operations will lead the development and implementation of cash management operational strategies. Oversee the cash flows to/from Investments and Operating Businesses. Responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of cash management.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to: Corporate Controller
Other Relationships: Senior leadership within CFO, Treasurer, Controllers, Investment Management, and the business
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversight of internal and sourced accounts payable function
- Oversight of internal and sourced abandoned property processes
- Owns the TCC administration and controls, including sub-delegation
- Ensures proper controls are in place for regulatory requirements, such as FBAR, SOX. FAFCA and Dodd-Frank
- Oversees all back-office support for in-house banking, netting, and pooling
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or management; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- CTP preferred
- 10-15 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading teams
- Background managing banking operational relationships and cash management operations
- Experience with treasury and financial software packages

- Experience working in a Finance transformational setting; driving change and managing competing priorities
- Experience in best-in-class control execution/documentation
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel, from staff to executive management
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Travel between Boston and Springfield may be required
