Company Overview:
Catalant is looking for a top-tier candidate for the Financial Planning & Analysis role supporting all groups of the organization. The position will work with the Director of FP&A to build and refine our FP&A function. You’ll support the budgeting and forecasting processes, build financial and operational models, perform variance analysis on key metrics, and support strategic financial projects. The right candidate will have a deep passion for growth stage tech companies, an operational mindset, and the ability to think critically and structure new problems.
How you’ll make an impact:
- You’ll support the annual budget and periodic forecast cycles between finance and different teams
- You’ll create and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support short-term and long-term strategic planning
- You’ll analyze and interpret actual financial performance versus our operating plan
- You’ll help develop and report on KPIs to drive business performance and track growth initiatives
- You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders on a variety of strategic and operational projects
Why we’ll love you
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in finance or a related field
- You have 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, financial research, management consulting or a financial planning & analysis role at a high-growth company
- You’re an Excel guru and have the ability to build advanced financial models
- You have a solid understanding of accounting and finance fundamentals
- You have exceptional critical reasoning and problem solving skills - you likely love solving puzzles!
- You’re highly collaborative and excited to work with multiple teams
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You’re an expert multitasker and can manage multiple project and priorities with ease
- Experience working with Netsuite and Salesforce is a plus!
