FP&A Analyst

Description
We are seeking an energetic individual to fill a full-time, FP&A role to support the Finance team for Planning and Strategy management. This position will be responsible for financial reporting for the related business area, understand input drivers and validate integrity of the reporting to influence strategic decision-making and planning. The candidate will process good business partnership skills and exhibit the capability to collaborate across cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial models to analyze forecasted revenue, costs for various contracts and projects
• Partner with different departments to forecast the expenses
• Support the annual/bi-annual operating budget and monthly rolling financial forecasting process on both corporate and project levels
• Maintain and modify the monthly reports to align with the corporate development
• Perform the analysis to understand the variances and improve forecasting methods
• Support the Finance team with ad hoc requests as needed

Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field of study
• 3+ years' of experience working in related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and self-starter
