The Financial Analyst will work with Senior Leaders to understand and support their businesses, react to changes, and identify future opportunities for growth and improvement through budgeting and forecasting, month-end reporting and analysis, and various special projects. This position will play a key role in revenue reporting and dashboard build-outs, helping to design and implement financial and KPI reports.   The Analyst will report to the VP of Finance and work with the VP Accounting and the CFO on strategic initiatives, financial analysis, reporting and system development.   

SPECIFIC DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with our Finance Team; as well as Senior Leaders in cross-functional areas of the business
• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly revenue reports (actual, budget and forecast)
• Assist in planning and forecasting and creating monthly forecasts (bookings, revenue, expense, capital and headcount)
• Assist in monthly accounting close
• Assist with in-depth analysis of performance metrics including new bookings, installations, professional services utilization and customer churn
• Assist with in-depth revenue analysis
• FP&A support including build-out of dashboards

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience with a SaaS business model a plus
• Expert experience with Excel and PowerPoint, able to use quickly and effectively Experience with SQL as plus
• Experience with Intacct and Sisense a plus but not a requirement
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Revenue Accounting experience a plus
• Excellent communication, written and organizational skills
