Finance Operations Specialist (Salesforce)
Bullhorn is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist (Salesforce) to join our Finance Team team.

Why this job is important:
As a Force.com Operations Specialist on the Renewals team you will work closely with the Renewals Manager to ensure the success of our Force.com Platform Operations. You will help to organize, analyze, and submit opportunities for business growth of our Force.com accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring our internal success and customer success. Throughout the day, you will be strategically working with the Bullhorn and Salesforce to maximize the Customer Experience.
A typical day may include:
Reaching out to customers to notify them of renewal deadlines and initiate conversation
Process renewals, add-on opportunities, and orders for Bullhorn for Force and Jobscience accounts
Process all Connexys add-on orders, following guidelines of the contracts in place with SFDC
Process renewals bookings
Work with Salesforce Partner Community to resolve issues and request changes
Update churn list and ensure that the expired assets list is accurate
Daily coordination with other parts of Finance on ad-hoc projects
