Reggora is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing team to drive our month and quarter-end processes, lead key accounting processes, and help support all of our departments with various finance related projects. In this role, you will be a vital member of a small, but mighty team, responsible for taking ownership of the day to day accounting responsibilities including (but not limited to) accounts payable, bookkeeping, billings and reconciliations. You will work very closely with both our VP, Finance and our CFO in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead monthly and quarterly close
• Establish and maintain internal controls
• Lead key accounting processes such as AP, AR, Cash, Fixed Assets, and Revenue
• Guarantee complete and timely account reconciliation
• Provide information to internal/external auditors
• Liaise with payroll and cost centers for monthly accrual process
• Assist with compliance audits as required (banking, taxing agencies, insurance, etc.)Assist with annual budget and forecasting processes
• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures, as well as identify new policies and areas of improvement

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2-5 years of directly related Accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Bookkeeping experience
• Experience and skilled at working in a collaborative and fast moving environment
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, Bill.com & Abacus
• Detail oriented, excellent collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Start up or Saas experience a big plus!
