Bondlink is looking for a Director of Finance to join our fast-growing company. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of functions including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, billing, and other financial administration. You must be analytically inclined and data-driven to develop strategies and processes to manage the complexity of a fast-growing software business. You should also enjoy problem solving, have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive, and have the desire to constantly exceed expectations


What You’ll Be Doing
Create the financing and budgeting infrastructure that the company needs as it scales over the next few years. This includes:

• Preparing budgets and forecasts for the company, including each of the different verticals of the company;
• Managing all short-term and long-term financial reporting, including weekly/monthly key performance indicators, monthly cash flow reports, quarterly and annual financial statements, and other reports;
• Providing analysis as-needed of all financial operations to support management decision-making and planning;
• Managing all accounting and book-keeping responsibilities;
• Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, local and any other financial, tax reporting and regulatory requirements
• Increasing our ability to operate efficiently by overseeing cost control, identifying creative solutions to support the achievement of our goals using limited resources, and understanding, managing, and limiting all forms of risk;
• Overseeing all payroll, cash management, accounts payable, and insurance needs of the company; and
• Handling all client billing and collections.

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. A Master of Finance Degree or CFA designation is a plus;
• Five to seven years of experience in financial administration, covering all of the responsibilities outlined above, with a track record of demonstrated professional growth/development and record of achievement;
• Prior experience with standard financial reporting and accounting software systems; 
• Ability to multi-task and have an impact on many parts of an organization.
• Keen analytic, organization and problem-solving skills that support and enable decision making.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, professionalism, and a commitment to lead by example.
