Credit Union Digital Experience Specialist
The Opportunity
As a Digital Experience Specialist you will work with Credit Union members with their on-line banking requests in an innovative, and collaborative environment.

The MassMutual Federal Credit Union is a member owned, not-for-profit, financial cooperative serving MassMutual employees, their families, and others who work on MassMutual campuses. MassMutual Federal Credit Union's mission is: To improve the financial well-being of our members by providing valued products and exceptional service.
As a Digital Experience Specialist, your role is to help the members with all their online banking and digital inquiries. Our motivated team will be composed of innovative people who will respond to problems and self-solve those concerns.
The Impact
Your daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Responding to member emails
Giving members a clear answer to their questions
Opening additional or new accounts for Credit Union members and non-members, while cross selling other service opportunities that may benefit them
Keeping a clear line of communication with your members and teammates
The Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of customer service working experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, and Outlook
A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to standard courtesy and tact
Operate and adhere to confidentiality as it relates to confidential financial information of our Credit Union members
The Ideal Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of Credit Union Member Service Experience
Experience in assisting customers in digital environment
