Position Summary

Lead and drive overall fiscal and operational company performance including ownership of FP&A and legal operations, while managing and growing a team. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in private capital markets and mergers/acquisitions. Success in this role will require not only strong financial and interpersonal skills, but also the curiosity, integrity, and passion to successfully drive the finance teams to achieve our goals. CFO will lead, plan, organize, and direct the overall administration and control of the financial operations at Invaluable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial performance of the company and communicate progress to the Leadership team and the Board through monthly financial reviews and financial reporting

• Lead, drive and counsel business leaders on the direction and growth of the Company as a key member of the Leadership Team and reporting to the CEO

• Develop and manage the financial systems and controls in accordance with the company's goals, policies, and procedures

• Build and manage the annual operating budget and forecast/report on company progress against plan and KPl's

• Assess and evaluate the financial performance of the Company including long-term operational goals, investments, budgets, and forecasts

• Streamline vendor payment processes and provide leadership and support to accounts receivable and accounts payable departments

• Act as the primary contact for the company in support of the annual audit

• Reconcile corporate balance sheets and deliver summary reconciliation reports to the executive team
