We are seeking a motivated, analytical self-starter to join the growing Finance Management Reporting team. The ideal candidate will use a combination of tech and business skills to measure business performance and inform executive decisions. This role will have significant interaction with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and business leadership.
Responsibilities:
Work on the prioritization and creation of KPIs for specific Indigo business offerings
- Act as the lead financial analyst for one or more of Indigo’s business offerings; specifically, owning the creation and calculation of KPIs that are meaningful and actionable for business stakeholders
- Partner with Business and Finance leadership to define and prioritize KPI automation
- Partner with BI and Data Engineering to source data in an automated, repeatable fashion
Develop offering-focused executive dashboards that display financial KPIs and drivers
- Act as the business owner for data tables and views in Indigo’s Unified Data Platform (UDP), a Snowflake cloud data warehouse
- Utilize Looker visualization software to develop insightful dashboards based on data in the UDP
- Iterate on reports and dashboards over time to maximize impact to the business
- Partner with BI to ensure adherence to visualization and data management best practices
Own ad hoc analyses for one or more of Indigo’s business offerings
Work with other members of Finance Management Reporting team to ensure that business unit KPIs and drivers are seamlessly tied into corporate financials

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business with a track record of advanced business analytics
- Advanced in Excel
- Experience in SQL preferred
