What skills do I need?
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adhere to strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solver with the ability to know how and when to escalate questions, requests or concerns
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tulip’s AP / AR processes in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ and payables data
- Generate reports detailing accounts receivable and payable status and continuously optimize both processes
- Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits and verify & resolve discrepancies of billing and payable issues
