Who you are

You are self-motivated and driven by results. People would describe you as highly empathetic, and your ability to communicate clearly and professionally helps you quickly build rapport and relate to all kinds of people. You are adept at making sense of complex problems and finding solutions that benefit both the partner and your company. You are highly organized and detail oriented, and are accustomed to multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You have a proven track record of success and at least 1 year of professional accounting experience. We’d be extra impressed if you have previous experience in the e-commerce or bevalc industry.

What the role is

In this Accounts Receivable Specialist role, you will be an integral part of Drizly’s Finance team. You will support the Controller and the Finance team at large by fully owning the accounts receivable process from start to finish, including invoice creation, payment application, and collections. You will have a direct impact on building out processes within the accounting department and ensuring the business is aligned with revenue best practices as we continue to scale.

In this role you will:

• Manage the collection of all outstanding invoices
• Create and upload all invoices to our GL system
• Oversee reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts for both Drizly and Lantern
• Create an updated workflow surrounding collections and accounts receivable
• Manage debt write-offs

• Salary range: $38,600-$65,000. Your compensation will be based on your experience level, skills, and location within the United States.
