Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator responsible for processing invoices received for payment efficiently and timely and support our payroll administrator by updating payroll records and year-end reporting.
Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions timely, accurately, and record expense in Epicor; enter and process bills, credit card transactions, and attend to urgent invoice and payment inquiries.
Manage company credit cards; audit validity of transactions, confirm receipts are valid, and record expense in Epicor.
Manage Concur expense reporting platform. Uphold company T&E Policies, audit employee expense reports, and timely resolve employee inquiries while promoting positive experience.
Manage cash/check deposits and prepare ACH files and checks for weekly invoice payments.
Provide backup support in processing payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees. Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Assist in updating payroll records in ADP by entering new hires, terminations, changes to pay rates, changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, job title and department/division transfers.
Assist payroll administrator to process accurate and timely year-end reporting (W-2, W-2c, etc.)
Manage quarterly employee incentive bonus calculations. Ensure individual achievement entered by manager is complete before payment is recorded.
Assist with 401(k) annual audit by gathering required documents and answering questionnaires.
Support month end related activity including accruals.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable & Payroll a must.
Excellent organizational and data entry skills.
Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
Knowledge of Epicor, Concur Expense, & ADP a plus.
Ability to communicate at all levels quickly and concisely.
Ability to work independently or as a team member.
Strong, focused customer service skills.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field preferred
