Responsibilities:

• Perform month end closing activities and reconciliations for various accounts/processes, including
  intercompany transactions, fixed asset reporting, and various other assets/liabilities
• Accounts payable – accurately process & record all vendor invoices, obtain payment approval
  and manage weekly check runs
• Prepare GL entries and maintain supporting records and files
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliation schedules and adapt schedule to changes in
  business operations
• Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual balance sheet and P&L fluxes
• Assist with preparation of audit and review packages for external auditors
• Help with special projects as needed

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of professional experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Excel is required (vlookup and pivot tables preferred)
• Netsuite, Salesforce, Expensify, Concur, Bill.com experiences a plus
• Willingness to roll-up your sleeves when work needs to get done
• Self-driven, self-starter, goal oriented, and someone who can work independently
• Strong oral and written skills and the ability to communicate
• Highly flexible in adapting to the needs of the team and organization
• Team player and positive internal customer service attitude
