As a Field Technology Experience Consultant, you'll have an opportunity to use your business and technology experience to support our Brand, Product and Affiliated Distribution strategy. You will be responsible for leading efforts designed to increase business value to our Field Leadership and Distribution partners. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify improvements in field technology solutions and cost management to improve efficiency of our field technology ecosystem. The Impact:
- Manage Field Technology Experience roadmap, in partnership with other technology initiative owners across distribution platforms to proactively and efficiently manage capability delivery through internal development efforts and external technology vendor relationships.
- Oversee multiple complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication of project goals and progress.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for business stakeholders and project teams.
- Translate business objectives into requirements and recommend options to deliver, incrementally or in whole.
- Work closely with ETX and vendors to understand technology capabilities.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure solutions are well executed and supported.
- Perform analysis of business activities to determine business requirements as needed.
The Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or High School diploma and 10+ years of financial services experience
- 7+ years of experience working in financial services project management including technology and business strategy.
- 5+ years of experience with protection and wealth distribution technology platforms
- 2+ years of experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences and at different levels of management, tailoring the message to fit the audience.
The Ideal Qualifications
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, lead without direct authority, collaborate across teams, and communicate with others both verbally and in writing.
- Experience leading Projects/Programs from initiation through implementation; managing timelines, resource needs, and risk mitigation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently & prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment, ensuring delivery of a quality product.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate into technology and operational requirements
- Strong ability to synthesize information.
- Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to develop and implement creative solutions to meet business needs.
- Experience with challenging the status quo.
- Experience as Business Lead for programs involving process design, product implementation, and system upgrades/conversions.
