This position will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on business experience working in a driven and fun environment to provide custom premium footwear. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete full and accurate inventory counts, quality checks; ensure inventory is sufficient for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
- Complete and send inventory feeds to partners by uploading new designs and updated inventory quantities into EDI system
- Complete and report turnover analysis to analyze trends and optimize product order habits
- Brainstorm efficient ways to better operations process
- Pitch ideas for new products and designs
- Audit and suggest improvements in our existing item master/product catalog
- Learn and participate in the entire operations process of ISlide
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in either a Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management degree preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Entry level background in Adobe Photoshop
- Proficient in time/project management, organization, and teamwork
- Marketing and creative oriented mind
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in process improvement
- Entry level understanding of Microsoft Excel
Schedule and Compensation:
- ~15 hours per week around student schedule
- Unpaid internship
