We’re looking for an Event Innovation Specialist to work on the creation and development of new products and concepts, that will allow Paint Nite to maintain a competitive advantage over others within the creative entertainment industry, through researching best practices and executing live tests with consumers.

You will:

• Research and analyze the success of alternative event types in the industry, and collect intel on best practices and new trends as they arise in different markets.
• Develop business case details which include cost estimates, materials required, possible vendors/partners, and event processes for each new “Nite type” idea.
• Collect designs based on current trends to curate a library of design ideas, and conduct a needs assessment for available internal Boston Operations Event Staff who will be responsible for executing on these new creations/Nite types.
• Develop training materials for testing each innovative concept
• Work closely with the Boston Operations Team to plan and execute test events at local venues utilizing our internal Team of Event Staff
• Identify and track specific KPIs to measure the success of the potential product launch, and analyze and prepare data to report or presentations results
• Live and breathe our brand! You should be deeply familiar with our current products in order to take new ideas and bring them to life within our brand framework.

• A hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves mentality.
• A “make it work” mindset – you understand that sometimes documenting failure can be as important as proving success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with social media and Photoshop a plus!

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time, at least 40 hours per week; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
