In this critical role, you will be deeply involved in driving new customer acquisition, expanding existing enterprise relationships, and making a direct, measurable impact on our regional growth trajectory. About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, your primary, self-driven responsibility will be to independently develop and strategically grow enterprise customer relationships across Germany North. You will function with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking full ownership of your territory and results.
Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Drive New Business Acquisition through proactive prospecting, using all supporting functions and strategic relationship building with new logo enterprise accounts.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle from independent lead generation and pipeline qualification to successful new business closure.
- Partner effectively with Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and Product Specialists to strategically position the full Rapid7 platform as a comprehensive solution.
- Independently Build and Manage a Robust Pipeline, leveraging your highly motivated and proactive approach to consistently exceed targets.

- 8+ years' experience in a Sales role with a proven focus on new logo acquisition.
- Proven track record selling cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, or IT solutions to the enterprise market in Germany.
- Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and consultative sales.
- Established relationships at IT management and decision-making levels.
- Experience working with channel partners to strategically drive growth.
- Proficiency in managing multiple, complex sales cycles simultaneously.
- Experience using Salesforce.com and Excel for accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Comfortable presenting and speaking at customer events or industry forums.
