Web Developer
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual who is interested in developing, maintaining, and growing websites. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-velocity environment with websites that attract millions of visitors each month. If you are passionate about web technologies, user experience, analytics, and content organization, you will be right at home on the Web Team. As a member of the team, you will be working on all of our corporate, open-source, and e-commerce websites. You will be joining a fast-pace and agile marketing organization that utilizes the latest technologies across many mediums.
Responsibilities
- Website maintenance across multiple content management systems, platforms, and technologies
- Providing support to non-technical stakeholders and web content editors
- Participate in defining and constructing functional requirements, wireframes, and prototype
- Building out page templates and implementing new designs and layouts
- Identifying and resolving bugs
- Keeping current with new web technologies, standards, and best practices
Requirements
- 1-3 years of web development experience
- Familiar with server-side development such as ASP.net or PHP
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (Kentico a plus)
- Experience with Git (GitHub a plus)
- Working understanding of JavaScript
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and cross-browser testing
- Organized with great attention to detail
- Experience using the latest JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js or Angular
Nice to Haves
- Experience with AWS (Route53, EC2, S3, and CloudFront)
- Experience with TeamCity or Jenkins
- Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Jest or other testing frameworks
