We want HubSpot CRM to be the CRM of choice for all small- and medium-sized businesses. Today, we have hundreds of thousands of users. To get to millions of users, we have our work cut out for us. We need a system that works no matter what. A product that’s so damn easy to use because we do all the hard work for the user. That includes getting started. CRM Setup is going to own that experience for users in the CRM, including importing data, customizations for their business process, and reducing user anxieties. This is key for trying to drive team activation and retention.
