If this sounds like a fit, we?re looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join our Corporate Enterprise Tools (CET) team, supporting the CET teams and the project teams we work with.
The Corporate Enterprise Tools (CET) stack is made up of multiple teams of developers that work on projects handling customer communications.? These communications can include contracts, financial statements, bills, letters, and checks, and can come from business areas across the enterprise.? The teams? work includes things like: source to target mapping and event creation, strategic document generation and output management, and automated electronic workflow and records management.

Objectives of this role ? What success looks like:
Accountable for cross-functional solution architecture of the technologies in the Corporate Enterprise Tools Stack including Business Event Management, Enterprise Content Management, and Enterprise Output Management Services
Partners directly with Enterprise Architecture to drive the strategic architecture vision at the local level
Establish the core technologies of the product(s)
Ensure product(s) are optimized, recommending investments to product(s), and if necessary, conducts technology assessment and selection
Possess deep industry understanding and a point-of-view of the services provided by CET and the technologies/products used in the industry in order to effectively make decisions on product usage and investment at MassMutual
Identify technical needs and inter and intra system non-functional requirements for the product suites, including integration needs between technologies that may reside across multiple functional areas
Drive the definition of the CET Product Strategies and Roadmaps, ensuring that there is alignment with the overall Enterprise Architecture
Capture future state technology vision in actionable, context-specific roadmaps
Understand and proactively assess the current state of the products, and identify gaps and overlaps
Partner directly with the specific technology subject matter experts and technical leads to work across the CET stack and ensure that architecture is integrated and holistic rather than siloed and the final products and integrations are easily maintained
Partner with technology teams across the enterprise to drive alignment and sustainability
Identify and champion technology simplification and strategic foundational technology opportunities

Required skills and qualifications ? The qualifications that are needed for this role:
Seasoned individual, minimum of 5 years development experience, capable of designing and implementing complex solutions
Experience in the customer correspondence industry
Experience with electronic corporate records management and/or ILG practices
Skilled leading and/or participating in system design and architectural activities including technical requirement writing experience and ability to lead collaboration sessions for important design reviews and decisions.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment including employees, vendors, and third-party contractors
Proven ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced team members
Willingness and ability to help drive root cause and resolution of major cross-CET production incidents, including active participation in cross discipline Incident Triage meetings
Strong understanding and adherence to IT SDLC and operational best practices
Bachelor's degree
Preferred qualifications ? Additional skills that make you a great fit:
Knowledge or experience with event management solutions and tools using the publish-subscribe framework
Knowledge or experience with imaging solutions and content management tools like FileNet P8
Familiarity with Information Lifecycle Governance practices
Background/experience in Operational Support role(s)
Knowledge or experience with print solutions and output management tools like Emtex and the xPression suite
Experience in AWS cloud application design, development, and deployment including AWS Certified Solutions Architect ? Professional
