As a Group Lead on WHOOP’s Membership Experience (MX) division, you will work with your teammates and Product to enable support and services across the WHOOP company as a whole. This includes three MX teams - Platform, Infrastructure, and Retail. You will grow and maintain the tools needed to support our internal customers. In addition, you will help your team excel in their goals by developing high impact features for use by WHOOP teams including membership services, engineering, marketing, sales, and enterprise. You will not only participate in the technical direction and influence features alongside product management, design, and members of the leadership team but also facilitate career growth within your team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6+ years of Frontend/Full Stack experience
• Experience in modern web technologies such as ReactJS
• Experience in unit, UI and Integration testing web applications
• Strong knowledge of front-end monitoring and alerting tools
• Integrated with and solid understanding of RESTful APIs
• Good experience creating easily-testable, reusable components
• Willingness to be both a team player and an owner working cross functionally
• Experience with Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Segment, Amplitude

DESIRED

• Managing and growing other leaders and individual contributors
• Experience in gradually rolling out new features
• Experience improving the continuous integration/deployment process using tools such as CircleCi, docker, etc
• Interacted with data visualization solutions such as Tableau or Looker

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
