This position is based in our Boston, MA

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in the entire development lifecycle, from concept to release
• Actively contribute to the code base
• Actively mentor team members and help plan their careers
• Partner with product teams to create technical roadmaps and execution plans

Requirements:

• 8+ years software development experience
• 2+ years previous management experience
• Experience building highly scalable, high available applications
• Familiarity with SaaS apps (Google Docs, Office365, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
• MySQL database experience (performance, scalability, availability) is a plus
• Experience with ElasticSearch, Memcache, RabbitMQ, or MongoDB is a plus
• Experience developing, documenting, and supporting REST APIs is a plus
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent production releases
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis
