Position may work remotely


Responsibilities: Mentor engineers across teams, disciplines, and skill levels. Delegate engineering tasks to a team of subordinate engineers. Directly manage associate or junior level engineers of varying skillsets. Design, develop, and test features for systems such as SFCC, SFSC, Mulesoft, and Salsify. Utilize technical expertise to define the scope and subtasks of projects. Serve as a representative of ecommerce engineering in discovery phase conversations. Develop, create, and modify new features and functionality for software systems using agile development methods. Propose solutions that enhance the quality of workflow, processes, and products. Actively assist teammates and ensure they are not blocked. Position may work remotely.


Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field and two years in the job offered or two years software engineering. Experience must include two years each of the following: HTML, Javascript, Java; and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Experience must include one year each of the following: design, develop, and test features for systems such as SFCC/SFSC/Mulesoft/Salsify; agile development methodology; open-source APIs; and migrating code. Experience may be gained concurrently. Position may work remotely.
