What You’ll Do:
Join our small, yet highly skilled and motivated engineering team to build a world-class e-commerce platform. As a senior member of the team, you’ll be focused on both frontend and backend architecture, as well as leading small agile pods, while continuing to develop the engineering talent in-house. 

You’ll be extremely hands-on in the technology stack, and we will look to you to drive innovation and architect new product features and functionality. You’ll implement design patterns for separation of concerns, code reusability, security, and performance. In doing all of this, it will be important that you understand the trade-offs between performance, scale, and business value, which will often require close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Lastly, you’ll actively engage in agile processes with the teams, while enabling new development techniques or processes to reduce complexity, promote quality, and increase velocity.

Technical Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Back-end technologies such as Java
• Cloud and web technologies
• Designing and implementing RESTful architecture
• JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
