More and more of HubSpot’s customers start their journey with our freemium products and we are excited to accelerate our shift to a freemium go to market strategy with the formation of the Growth Product Group.

We're a small team with a big mission. We want to help millions of organizations around the world grow through empowering people to discover, adopt, and buy HubSpot’s products the way they want to. To achieve this, Growth Product Group focuses on acquisition, activation, retention and monetization across the entire HubSpot product platform.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers and designers to set the vision for how we transform HubSpot to a true product driven company.

What We're Looking For

• A few years of software engineering experience
• You get excited by making big business impact
• A strong cross-team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong data analysis skills combined with business and customer intuition
• A builder and doer, you get job satisfaction from seeing people use the product you’ve built
• Start-up experience would be an advantage
