We are looking to add highly motivated skilled engineers to our team to help us scale and take our proven system to new heights. 

As a Build and Deploy Engineer you will create systems that integrate with leading edge technologies and tools. You will push the boundaries of continuous integration by increasing performance of our build times, increase the safety of deployments through top notch custom tooling, and help set direction for Build and Deploy initiatives. You will impact all engineers including our Android, iOS, and backend stacks. You will work with technologies across stacks including Kubernetes, AWS, Bitrise, and CircleCI.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work collaboratively with multiple teams across the organization to deliver and shape our build and deployment systems.
• Drive improvements through tooling that increases developer productivity. 
• Build and maintain applications with a high level of integrations both with internal and external systems.
• Present solutions and frameworks for the betterment of the team to other software teams.
• Help shape the future and roadmap for build and deployment at WHOOP.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in building continuous integration or deployment pipelines for either iOS, Android, or backend.
• Experience measuring and proving impact and efficiency of application builds throughout CI or CD.
• Experience developing RESTful applications in Java or Python.
• Experience gathering feedback from multiple stakeholders and prioritizing work to maximize business impact.
• Willingness to learn and grow rapidly across a multitude of systems.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
