Senior Salesforce Program Manager

The Program Manager, Sales Systems will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple projects and enhancements through the entire life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation and support in an agile environment. This person will be the main point of contact for all large systems that the Sales team uses on a regular basis.
The Program Manager, Sales Systems will be responsible for:
- Playing a key role as BA liaising between business stakeholders, technical teams and testing teams ensure processes are aligned to the Group Standard
- Implementing solutions and enhancements using agile methodology
- Working with stakeholders to elicit and analyze requirements, identify gaps, develop designs, and implement functionality
- Prioritization of Projects to align to business strategy
Requirements:
- Strong Salesforce.com knowledge
- Expert Business Analysis skills
- Experience with salesforce modules including: Sales Cloud
- Agile experience
- Experience with Gainsight, Marketo, DiscoverOrg a plus
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Providing a single point of contact for business to IT
- Able to assist business to navigate to appropriate IT support and resources
Interface with cross-sector like-domain orientated Product Lines for leverage and learning
Business IT Interface
- Day to day platform configuration management
- Operating independently with little supervision
- Lead discussions, meetings, and workshops with business and IT stakeholders to drive best in class IT and business processes
- Understand business issues and conditions
- Understanding of IT system or systems that the business uses; may specialise in specific applications
- Assigned to work with the business to translate requirements for IT sprint cycles
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) or assist unit testers so that requirements are satisfied
Business Requirements Analysis
- Takes business requirements and writes specifications in a consumable format and terminology for developers
- Maps out business processes to serve as reference for development and IT support
- Explains to business how requirements may be implemented from a functional standpoint
- Applies compliance requirements within scope of responsibility, provides documentation and participates in compliance activities as required
The Successful Applicant
- Experience with Salesforce.com technologies, Salesforce.com data modeling and analytics
- Degree level educated (ideally in Technology/IT)
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Experience with JIRA or similar project tracking system
- Life cycle and commercial experience (Business Acumen)
- Function independently with little supervision
- Project Management leadership (experience in delivering multiple large projects, from inception to roll out)
- Stakeholder and business relationship proficiency
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Highly capable Business Analysis skills
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and Development methodologies
- Broad understanding of current capabilities and limitations of existing systems
- Proven track record in delivering results and progress within aggressive timescales
- Solid communicator, team motivator and holds strong leadership skills
- Strong team player, collaborator and networker
- Experience working with agencies and technology providers
- Proven ability to work across geographies and cultures
