The role of the Senior Salesforce Administrator is to define, analyze, build & deliver value-added CRM solutions. The Senior Salesforce Manager will be responsible for configuring & managing (SFDC) / CRM related enhancements and improving the overall end user experience. This “hands-on” role will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that the company’s tactical and strategic CRM objectives are met.


  • Become a go-to resource for questions, enhancement requests, and incidents regarding CRM / (SFDC) functionality
  • Become a trusted advisor for the Commercial Sales and Marketing teams; partner with various departmental functions to deliver business solutions on
  • Manage the design and implementation of various Commercial Sales improvement projects
  • Assist with the implementation of a data integration strategy connecting Salesforce with Indigo’s other systems
  • Capture user feedback on existing systems and suggest, prioritize, and execute system changes and improvements
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Indigo’s internal/external developers, software engineers, and data scientists
  • Manage ongoing CRM support requests and system enhancements

  • 5+ years hands-on (SFDC) Administrative / configuration / implementation experience
  • Strong architectural mindset, with advanced understanding of relational data and strong overall capabilities of the platform
  • Extensive experience with automating complex business processes using declarative features such as Process Builder, workflows, approval processes and validation rules
  • Skilled with creation of Salesforce Lightning components & solutions
  • Expert with configuring / customizing standard SFDC objects such as Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, Reports & Dashboards, with proven hands on experience building custom objects & solutions
    • Experience with Visualforce / Apex development preferred
  • Expert in bulk data migration from Excel & Legacy Systems to SFDC using Apex Data Loader, Demand Tools, and Import Wizard
  • Experience managing CRM support models and with oversight of offshore / external 3rd party resources
    • Experience managing a developer team during a major project lasting at least 1 year preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, and Einstein Analytics preferred
  • Experience customizing / supporting Apttus Contract Management (CLM) system, including Docusign
  • Experience integrating / interfacing different technologies within the platform
    • Experience with Oracle / SFDC integration preferred
  • Experience working in fast paced, dynamic environment managing systems and solutions for a global end user base
  • Can travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. SFDC Certification preferred (Admin, App Builder, Developer, etc.)
