The role of the Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer is to define, analyze, build & deliver value-added CRM solutions. The Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer will be responsible for CRM service delivery and configuring / managing Salesforce.com (SF) related enhancements. This “hands-on” role will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that the company’s strategic CRM objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Developer CRM Service Delivery framework
  • Lead a team of Salesforce Admins/Developers and manage the execution of CRM projects and initiatives
  • Successfully manage the design and implementation of two different Commercial Sales improvement projects
  • Assist with the implementation of a data integration strategy connecting Salesforce with Indigo’s other systems
  • Speak to and train on Salesforce development best practices
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Indigo’s internal and external developers, software engineers, and data scientists
  • Take documentation from product/Salesforce architecture team to create technical documentation when programmatic development is necessary

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years hands-on Salesforce.com (SF) configuration/application development experience
    • Extensive experience automating complex business processes using declarative features, such as Process Builder, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
    • Strong experience integrating Salesforce.com with third-party solutions and custom applications; experience developing customer-facing user interfaces preferred
    • Strong architectural mindset with advanced understanding of relational data and overall capabilities of the Force.com platform
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities, and Einstein Analytics
  • Proficient with Lightning Component Framework, Apex, VisualForce, Angular, Native, MySQL, and Javascript
    • Experience with Mulesoft preferred
  • Experience managing CRM delivery models
  • Experience managing a developer team strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, managing solutions for a global end user base
  • Willing to travel up to 20%

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
