POSITION: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Design and implement machine learning solutions throughout the company. Work with statistical tools such as R or Python scikit-learn, SQL, and relational databases. Work with Hadoop, Hive, Redshift, Spark and other big data systems. Independently work with natural language, machine vision, collaborative filtering, clustering, classification regression, information retrieval, and statistical modeling. Research and leverage new opportunities to use machine learning techniques to improve business. Serve as a mentor to junior-level Machine Learning Engineers, and independently function in the role, owning deliverables and serving as a leader, but not personnel manager, on the growing team.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; and one (1) years of post-baccalaureate work experience including the following: - Data Structures, Algorithms, and OO Design; - Programming skills; - Java or C++; - Linux; - R or Python scikit-learn, SQL, and relational databases; and - Hadoop, Hive, Redshift, Spark and other big data systems.
