Overview:

We’re looking for a senior or principal level software engineer who has past experience designing and building at a system architecture level.

Responsibilities

• You will write code in NodeJS and interact with data in MongoDB
• You will likely have opportunities to design and implement new applications and systems from the ground up.
• You take pride in writing readable, well commented code with accompanying tests.
• You’re a natural problem solver and happy to do a combination of client-specific and product-oriented development work.
• You’re comfortable working in a team setting using Git, and project management tools like Trello

Qualifications

• Past experience designing APIs
• Experience evaluating the performance and scalability tradeoffs of different schema/structure choices and queries in NoSQL-style databases
• Familiarity with computer science concepts such as algorithmic complexity, interacting with databases, and functional programming.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools
