Our QA Philosophy at DataRobot is one of Quality “Assistance” rather than assurance; as a result, our lean team focuses on empowering every engineering team to own the quality of their code and ensure adequate test coverage for new features.

As a member of the Quality Squad, you will:

• Build test automation frameworks and infrastructure that allows engineers to rapidly develop and test their code
• Architect our test pipelines to be scalable for a growing engineering team and a product that is delivering new features with high velocity
• Lead QA for multiple engineering projects throughout their lifecycle, providing guidance to project teams, planning testing strategies, reviewing test coverage, as well as defining, executing and reporting on internal testing activities (alpha testing, exploratory testing). As part of this, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior test engineers, and report overall Release QA status to engineering leadership.

Successful candidates will be passionate about both test automation and exploratory testing, initiative-driven, and able to motivate others.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Test Automation experience
• Experience managing QA teams and/or leading QA on large engineering projects
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
• Required experience:
