Salesforce and Sales Systems are critical to the overall success of Klaviyo’s Sales Organization. You are a creative mind who has an interest in building scalable solutions for complex business issues, and are always eager to learn better ways to iterate on those solutions. Your role is the owner of Salesforce and other Sales Systems.
Our Sales team and our other teams that use Salesforce are growing rapidly; you will help to support 100+ Users. The person who would best fit this role is highly collaborative, organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This hire will report to the Sales Operations Manager.
You Will:
- Maintain our overall Salesforce system, while building out configuration to match our changing business processes and needs
- Understand Klaviyo’s business requirements and translate those into technical solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes systematically, both within Sales as well as cross functionally
- Regularly audit our Salesforce instance to ensure we are within reasonable field, storage, and API limits
- Refine flows, rules and processes to maximize efficiency of our system
- Troubleshoot system issues with our Users
- Work with the Marketing organization to help manage Leads & Campaigns in Salesforce
- Work with our Engineering team to maintain our Klaviyo to Salesforce integration
- Ad-hoc reporting and Dashboard creation or modifications
- Regularly reconcile data discrepancies and duplicates
- Identify areas where Users do not have accurate/consistent adoption of our systems and document processes to drive better adoption
- Manage any new system implementations
You:
- Are excited, motivated, and inspired by exceeding goals
- Have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Are focused on details, are a self-starter, and are relentless but professional
- Have 3-4 years of Salesforce Administration experience
- You are comfortable with Flow automation and are eager to learn more
- Are constantly thinking of ways to make a system more efficient and organized
- Are Salesforce Certified
- Are results oriented, attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple objectives and projects
- BA/BS Degree
