The role of the Salesforce Administrator Manager is to define, analyze, build & deliver value-added CRM solutions. This person will be responsible for configuring & managing Salesforce.com (SFDC) / CRM related enhancements and improving the overall end user experience. This “hands-on” role will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that the company’s tactical and strategic CRM objectives are met.


Responsibilities:

  • Become a go-to resource for questions, enhancement requests, and incidents regarding CRM / Salesforce.com (SFDC) functionality
  • Become a trusted advisor for the Commercial Sales and Marketing teams; partner with various departmental functions to deliver business solutions on Saleforce.com
  • Manage the design and implementation of various Commercial Sales improvement projects
  • Assist with the implementation of a data integration strategy connecting Salesforce with Indigo’s other systems
  • Capture user feedback on existing systems and suggest, prioritize, and execute system changes and improvements
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Indigo’s internal/external developers, software engineers, and data scientists
  • Manage ongoing CRM support requests and system enhancements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years direct management experience (including oversight of external 3rd party resources)
  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce.com (SFDC) Administrative / configuration / implementation experience
    • Skilled with creation of Salesforce Lightning components & solutions
    • Experience with Visualforce / Apex development preferred
    • Expert in bulk data migration from Excel & Legacy Systems to SFDC using Apex Data Loader, Demand Tools, and Import Wizard
    • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Communities, and Einstein Analytics preferred
    • Extensive experience with automating complex business processes using declarative features such as Process Builder, workflows, approval processes and validation rules
  • Experience integrating / interfacing different technologies within the Force.com platform
    • Experience with Oracle / SFDC integration preferred
    • Experience customizing / supporting Apttus Contract Management (CLM) system, including Docusign
  • Proven experience working in fast paced, dynamic environment managing systems and solutions for a rapidly scaling global end user base

On the edge of Charlestown, we are within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The Sullivan Square T and bus stop is also right next door! We are currently working remote/hybrid with the exception of our fantastic Biotrinsic team who work from the office and lab space here.
