Product Delivery Manager
Mainstay is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to produce content, manage projects related to our bots and add thought leadership and key partnership to our growing Workforce focused product.This position will contribute to our efforts to enhance the workforce experience by developing a bot persona that is highly conversational, interactive, supportive, and enjoyable.

The Product Delivery Manager will have the opportunity to help shape this new business line. Through developing the language of our bots, identifying and executing on workflows that drive impact at scale and developing deep customer knowledge that empowers them with our solution oriented product to showcase real value in solving their workforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities
- Conversation Design: Produce engaging and impactful content to support a wide variety of personas, empathizing with their needs and supporting them effectively
- Project Management: Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, manage workflows related to our product and customer support, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Workflow Management: Support our customers and their end users through management of successful workflows that take customer challenges and/or success metrics and improve outcomes once executed on
- Work cross-functionally to develop content to support new types of end users and partners
- Help to define and develop overall voice and personality of our bots in their role as trusted, empathetic assistants to a variety of workforce groups
- Iterate and incorporate feedback as our bot personalities evolve along with their conversational functionality
